FAQs
Who is Aspire for?
Aspire is for you if:
You feel stuck with your pelvic pain, sexual concerns, or hormonal issues
You’ve tried traditional gynecology clinics and felt rushed out the door
You want to know more about your health & take charge!
You want a provider who will listen and provide holistic treatment options
Can I use my insurance for labs & medications?
Yes! Labs, medications, and other tests can be billed to your private insurance. Please contact your carrier for questions about coverage.
We are unable to bill Medicare or Medicaid for any services provided. We are not in network with any Medicare or Medicaid plans.
If you don’t have insurance, we have access to discounted labs, medications, & ultrasound.
Can I come to Aspire for my annual well woman exam?
Yes! Please see the scheduling page to book a preventative appointment. If you are a new patient, you must first be seen for a new patient consult. Please note this visit is for discussing preventative health screenings, labs, Pap smear (if needed), and reviewing your health lifestyle.
What if I’m not sure this is the right fit for me?
Schedule a clarity call to have a 30 minute phone consultation with Dr. Lillian to see if it’s the right fit!
Can I use my HSA/FSA/out of network benefits?
Yes! HSA & FSA cards can be processed at the time of service.
If your insurance plan offers out of network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement or deduction on your annual deductible. Each patient should check with their own plan regarding benefits and coverage.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with 24 hours notice. This notice may be made by patient portal message, phone call or text, or email and must be sent no less than 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled after this time will be forfeited and may be subject to additional fees.
Any cancellation made within the 24 hour period will be considered a “late cancellation.” We reserve the right to automatically charge you a fee of $50, using the payment method on file.
Discounts:
Veterans, active duty military, first responders, & teachers receive 10% off initial consultations! Make sure to mention this at the time of your appointment.
Why don’t you accept insurance?
Transparency and Clarity in Pricing: By operating a cash-only practice, I can provide clear and upfront pricing for all services. This ensures that there are no hidden fees or unexpected bills, allowing you to make informed decisions about your health care.
Quality Time with Patients: Without the constraints and bureaucracy of insurance companies, I can spend more time with each patient, focusing on personalized care and comprehensive wellness plans. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of each patient's unique needs and fosters a stronger patient-practitioner relationship, leading to better health outcomes.
Enhanced Quality of Care: A cash-only model allows me to prioritize patient care over insurance company mandates. This means I can recommend treatments and therapies based solely on what is best for the patient, without being influenced by insurance policies.
Freedom from Insurance Constraints: Insurance companies often impose restrictions on the types of treatments and services that can be provided. By not accepting insurance, I have the freedom to offer a broader range of innovative and holistic wellness services that may not be covered by traditional insurance plans.
By choosing a cash-only wellness practice, you are investing in a model that prioritizes your health and well-being, ensuring you receive the highest standard of care without the limitations and frustrations often associated with insurance-based practices.
